Mail Handling Questions

What types of mail can TruVis receive?

All standard and registered mail, government correspondence, courier deliveries, and packages (size restrictions apply).

How am I notified when mail arrives?

You receive an email and WhatsApp notification within the same business day of receipt. The notification includes sender details and mail type.

Can I request urgent scanning or forwarding outside the schedule?

Yes. Ad-hoc scanning and forwarding requests can be made through your dashboard or by contacting your relationship manager.

Are there size or weight limits for packages?

Standard mail and courier-sized packages are accepted. Pallets or oversized freight are not handled. Please contact us for specific enquiries.

Is mail handling included in my office subscription?

Basic mail notification is included in select packages. Scanning and forwarding are add-on services available in the setup wizard.
