Your registered address is activated within 1 business day of confirming your setup and completing payment.

Yes. All TruVis addresses are vetted for trade licence registration. Ejari and Tawtheeq coordination is included in select packages.

No. You can start the setup wizard and add company formation advisory as part of the process. TruVis will coordinate everything in parallel.

The setup wizard lets you choose your office, configure presence services, and optionally add accommodation — then submit a single consolidated request to TruVis.

Company formation is a separate advisory service. It is not part of the core presence platform but can be coordinated in parallel through TruVis.

The core office and most services are monthly recurring fees. Setup fees (company formation, domain setup) are one-time. All pricing is shown transparently in the setup wizard before you submit.

Most presence packages are available on monthly or annual terms. Annual terms typically include a discount. Specific terms are confirmed during your onboarding.

TruVis accepts bank transfer, credit/debit card, and selected digital payment methods. Payment details are provided after your request is confirmed.

Ejari is a mandatory tenancy registration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD). It is required for most Dubai mainland trade licences. TruVis coordinates Ejari on your behalf.

Tawtheeq is the Abu Dhabi equivalent of Ejari — a tenancy registration required for Abu Dhabi trade licences. TruVis manages the full submission.

A banking address letter is an official letter on business centre letterhead confirming your company's registered address. Required by UAE banks during account opening and annual KYC.
