Do I need an existing company to use the platform?
No. You can start your setup and add company formation support as part of the process. TruVis will coordinate everything.
How long does activation take?
Office and presence service activation typically happens within 1 business day. Company formation takes 5–10 business days depending on the structure.
Can I change my services after submitting?
Yes. Once your account is active, you can add or remove services through your dashboard or by contacting your TruVis relationship manager.
Is the setup wizard free to use?
Yes. The wizard is free to configure. You only pay when you submit and confirm your selected setup.
What if I only need accommodation and not an office?
Accommodation can be requested directly through the setup wizard or via a consultation. You are not required to take an office.
